We currently ship to mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, the United States, Canada, Australia and major European countries. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, and subscriptions of 12 or more months enjoy free shipping.

Yes. We rotate varieties such as Hetian stone, jadeite, Xiuyan stone and Dushan stone according to season and theme, prioritizing variety in type and color within the same month. You can also note your preferences by email and we will do our best to honor them.

Within 7 days of delivery (based on courier signature time), if the box is damaged, missing items, or has clear quality issues, we will replace or return it free of charge without conditions. Minor grain variations inherent to natural stone are not considered quality defects — thank you for understanding.
